Car description |

Studebaker Hot Rod for no reserve! This 1939 Studebaker has a NH title and the title from Kentucky.
Starts, runs and drives very good. Also brakes lock up great as the clown in front of me tested them out for me the other day.
The car is rock solid and has rust to speak of. The undercarriage has been freshly undercoated and repainted from the front door pillars to the rear of the car.
It sits on a Chevy frame and running gear. Frame looks almost new. The car has a Chevy 350 / 350 combination.
Transmission shifts nice and the motor has not been overheated.
The car is painted hot rod satin black. It is fitted with American Racing aluminum wheels and a Grant steering wheel. Rear seat and front seats have a great fit and comfortable feel.
This car has been a very reliable driver that does not pull, wander, shimmy or shake at any speed. It does have some rattles that could be dampened.Does need some tinkering to the fuel filler, gas gauge and speedometer.
Rear shocks are air but there is no compressor, could use some attention.Lights all work fine and the high beam is on the column.
Headliner bars in place. No horn. Front and rear window seals are great. Vent windows and door seals could use attention. Never drive in rain. Cowl vent lever works smoothly. Console is just laid in and needs fit and finish or replacement.
Always garaged and could be driven home on a local sale.
Really hate to sell this toy that gets tons of attention and we love the beast. Selling home so will be losing my garage storage.
Mileage is not accurate as it is unknown.
No trades as I will soon have no garage.Car needs to be picked up within 2 weeks of sale.Full payment must clear before car leaves my possession. Not sure if ebay allows telephone conversations but would be glad to talk. Can be driven before snow -
