1975 Seabring Vanguard Citicar Orange New Tires No Batteries Summer Project EV

Up for your consideration... My 1975 SV-48 Seabring Vanguard Citicar. New Tires, Wheels, and Lug Nuts. Needs Batteries and Brake work. Has been sitting a while. Motor tested fine when I bought it in 2013. There are some cracks in the plastic, nothing major see pics. Seats are Perfect! Glass is Excellent. Rubber (holding glass) shows some dry rot, but still holding solid. 100% complete and original minus the batteries and wheels. Original tires, wheels, and hubcaps are included if you want them. Driver's side window is ok, Passenger 's side window is not. It is blackend and cracked and needs to be redone. The windows lift up and out of two slots in the doors, no tools. They store behind the seat. I am the second owner, and I have a color copy of the original title, original key, and a current Ohio title, in my name.
