1932 Ford pickup truck hot rod project

This was a project that my friend and I bought to restore together but now itis not going to happen so hopefully it can go to someone who will be able to bring it back to life and get some enjoyment from it.

It was purchased from an estate sale here in Las Vegas so I don't know all the details about the drivetrain but I will try to describe things as best as possible. I will post a lot of pics so hopefully they will answer any questions you may have. If anyone can fill me in on what the motor and trans may be it would be appreciated. We bought the truck about 15 years ago and have had it in shaded storage here in Las Vegas and the previous owner had it in his garage and yard in Las Vegas for about 20 years so it has been in the dry desert for quite a while, aybe longer.

A lot of work has been done on the truck as you can see from the pics...front independent coil suspension, ear leaf suspension with later model rear differential and most importantly ford V8 engine with aftermarket intake, arb, alvecovers, tc. and what I belive is a three speed C4 transmission. Drum brakes on each corner. Fuel and battery mount under bed. Cab has been modified for motor/trans clearance. It has been in a dry environment but the sun has taken a toll on the parts that were painted, ut the rust you see on the floor boards and bed is really just surface rust. Steel hood, ab, ed and running boards. Fenders and tailgate are fiberglass and need some repair.Most of the parts are there, ust need to be freshened and reassembled and you could have a nice hotrod truck for less investment than a lot of others I've seen. This truck is a project and will likely need some metal repairs...it's almost 100 years old. Tires hold air but need replaced. Pickup/shipping is the responsibility of the buyer but I will do my best to assist where possible. The vehicle is for sale locally and we reserve the right to end the auction at any time if it is sold here.
