Most collectors know that hotrods and customs started in California before WWII and by the time the G.I.'s returned after WWII the idea of customs and hotrods in California was spreading through out the United States. There are a handful of customizers from that era that catch your attention and those cars have become extremely valuable. The designer and maker of the car that is in this ad, o Huff, s well known and respected for his craftsmanship and design and his customs and hotrods have had always had a serious following. Bo Huff designs are truly sculptures on wheels. Over the last four decades Bo has made many custom cars and hotrods for wealthy individuals through out the United States. Bo also built some of the most special and iconic cars for his own museum. For those of you who do not recognize the name Bo Huff, oogle his name and you will get plenty of information on him and his cars. Bo tells us that the hotrod in this ad is one of his most favorite cars that he has ever designed. Just take a look at the pictures to see the fantastic detail and don't miss the underside. The chrome plating bill on this car has to be $35,000 to $45,000.00 alone. You can see Bo's unique and artistic touches through out the truck. There are many people that like Bo's designs even better then the historic California customs and hotrods that were built in the 1950s. It is an extremely rare opportunity to purchase one of Bo Huff's masterpieces. Needless to say these cars have nothing to do with fiberglass and are made of metal and lead (and particularly this car - lots of chrome) and projected with Bo's phenomenal talent for proportion, esign, olor and accents. We could go on about how we feel about Bo's work but just one good look at the concept of this truck with the 'parade seats', esthetic accents of the louvers throughout and the spectacular bright white toner color make this a show winner wherever it goes. Bo Huff has made some comments about this HotRod Truck. If you are looking for something a little more unique then the 'cookie cutter express' this is a fabulous design by Bo Huff and it is a metal truck. Check out the chrome in the engine, n the truck bed but trust me, t is worth crawling under the truck to see the underside!! You will definitely want to carry mirrors with you to the shows so people don't miss the chromed underside! The underside is completely chromed from the drop axle back. The car was built in 1985/86 and has been on display in his museum so it probably has less then 500 miles since built. The 'chromed out' rebuilt 350 Chevy V8 is on full display. The chrome transmission is a 350 Turbo automatic. The top is chopped and channeled over the 1934 frame. The truck is hand customized and the bed has stainless steel and white Formica and features "Parade Seats". The Uniboss stereo is built into the headliner. This is the last stereo of this style that Uniboss made. Candy Stripe Interior. Chromed 'smoothy' hubcaps with bullets. Check out the chrome visors on the headlights. Coker wide white walls. Chromed out engine with three deuces. Custom stainless valve covers. Chrome firewall. Tailgate with chromed original style support strips. Aesthetic louver design on truck. Chrome Nerf Bar Complete Chromed Dual Exhaust System Chromed Rear Corvette Springs 1934 Ford Parking Lights Converted to Turn Signals Side view 4 inch PEEP Mirrors In the past MissChiTown has been chosen by Bo Huff to sell his iconic custom cars and hotrods that represent his truly legendary style but it seems that Bo has saved the best for last as this has to be one of his masterpieces! We think it would be impossible to take this pickup to any serious custom car/hotrod show and not have the potential to take one of the major prizes. Take this pickup down to your local Saturday night drive-in and watch the reaction of the crowd! This is a truck to bid to win. Bo has set a very conservative reserve and hopes that the car will go to someone who will care for it as he has. If you decide to pickup the car from Bo personally he will be happy to be photographed with you and the car.XxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxX
