1959 RAMBLER STATION WAGON

Very cool car

LOW RESERVE

Located in huntingdon valley PA 19006

This is a Cross Country Custom

Very complete and original car and great for restoration or a Rat Rod candidate

I put a new cap, ires, oints etc. in and got it to run but it was rough

Turns out some of the valves are stuck partially open

I tried to free them up from up top but I think the head has to come off and free the stuck valves. The valves are not bent. I think the stems are just stuck in the guides.

(Look at close up pick of engine - you can see one of the valve springs that are compressed - stuck open)

I think then it will run and drive but will obviously still need work

Has a fair amount of rust but if your in to welding you can make it right

The body is very straight

Glass is good, ome window cranks are stuck

Window with plastic is stuck down

The door catches need to be freed up

The rear window rolls up and down nicely and gate opens

All chrome is there

Seats are very cool and move in the tracks

Very good headliner

Needs plenty of work

The car is very complete
