This 1956 Nash Rambler Cross Country is one of the most rare and most unique of all the 1950 era classics. Presented in the RARE Nash Rambler promotional livery "tri-tone" paint scheme this model was the promotional posterchild for Nash Rambler in 1956.
Having had only 3 owners over 60 years, his 1956 Nash Rambler Cross Country has been featured as the cover car for the Nash Car Club of America, Nash Times" magazine. A multi show winner since the restoration and most recently was awarded a 1st Place Winner in the 2014 West Coast Nationals.
Equipped with ultra-rare factory air conditioning, utomatic transmission and even an original Nash Rambler Twin Mattress. Less than 1% of Nash Ramblers had factory air conditioning and with a "roll down" tailgate glass, his was the first station wagon ever to feature a roll down window. The "tri-tone" Nash Rambler Cross Country wagon was an automotive design statement all to its own, nd it remains spectacularly beautiful to this day.
