This is the barn find that twin cam enthusiast James Treat put away in the early 1970's. Recently acquired by Auto Vintagery, I have renewed brake and clutch master cylinders, most brake pipes, exhaust system, had suspension parts magnafluxed, refreshed existing red leather seats and remainder of interior. Rebuilt generator, water pump, distributor and carberators/ air cleaners provide good oil pressure and smooth running engine with lots of power. New items include complete rewiring loom, 5 new Michelin tires, all brake and clutch hoses as well as a new slave cylinder. This is truly a straight unmolested, poorly repainted example with red /red leather, black carpet, tonneau and top. Also note unique Dunlop wheel nuts and original jack, tire pump and tools not shown in the photos. Exactly the combination it left Abington on February 13, 1959 bound for Germany. For more information contact me 001 619 701 8488. James AlcornSee it April 8th at the La Jolla Concourse de Elegance
