Driver Condition early pull handle roadster, onstructed in 1964 with clean Colorado title. The British Heritage Certificate shows it came originally in Iris blue with dark blue top and dark blue interior. Always a Colorado car, he car appears to never have suffered from extensive rust. Currently in red, he car was partially restored around 2010, he interior has seen its wear and would need to be replaced in order to be correct again. The car is still with its original engine and in good running order, ice idle and cold starts well with the choke.
Overall a very straight car, o corrosion in the floors, ockers or dog legs; notice the little bit of paint bubbling on the top of the rear wings... quite common with MGB's. Light bondo on the inside of the lip at the top of the passenger rear wheel arch. No sign of accident damage to the nose, ront fenders or rear of the car. The bonnet is steel not aluminum, most of the indicators are Lucas. The bumper uprights have been changed with a slightly later version with the plastic inserts. The windshield has a crack on the lower driver-side corner The car runs very well, reat pull from the engine; the local experts at Sports Car Craftsman tuned it. Front sway bar is still on the car and it was factory equipped per the BHC. Non-syncro first gear, econd gear upshifting requires double clutch. (Slight Grind in second if not double clutched). Lights work, he gauges work as they should. I have documents and receipts for the car but they only date back to late 2000's. Ebay only allows 24 photos, or more photos of the trunk area and more details about the car please email or call.
