1946 Mercury 2 door Coupe. V-8 Flathead. 3 speed manual. Recently acquired in buy-out of elderly auto enthusiasts collection. Drive line appears all original including engine. Flathead sounds terrific. good exhaust. Runs drives. stops. Paint and bodywork is older amateur job that was done on relatively solid old foundation. Body work would pass as Daily driver survivor car look that is not too perfect. Older custom interior that will need some repairs or eventual replacement. very little under body rust with excellent solid original frame. For the most part all the exterior trim is Present and presentable. right rear fender stainless trim has some damage. Perfect candidate to enjoy as is while you plan eventual resto project.
