1994 Mercedes-Benz e320 convertible w124 cabriolet original condition

This is an all original car, this car has been garage stored for the last two years. Body is straight with no prior accidents. Clear coat is in great condition and shines up nicely, perfect candidate for restoration for a fraction of the cost of other w124 convertibles in lesser condition. Has a couple of surface rust spots (refer to photos) no major rust anywhere! Suspension, engine and transmission are perfect. Engine is dry with no leaks, no check engine light on!! Will need a tune up with new fluid due to not being driven for two years. Convertible top works, has some wear on top, new top is $350 here on eBay. Interior is in great condition for the year with only one minor stitching tear on the driver seat. All power options work great, has cold weather package with heated seats, a/c blows ice cold. Heat also works great! No chipping or cracking on headlights or windshield!!! Headlight wipers work! After market radio installed. Breaks 70-80% on front and rear, tires 60% all around with no dry rotting !! Steering and suspension are great as well.
