Up For sale is my Red 1982 380 SL two-top convertible. Body is straight with very low miles on the car. Hardtop is in great shape as well as the original soft top. Paint is still very good as well. This unique 380SL has a custom interior job with matching red trim as well as carpet and jumper seat. It also has a nice wooden shift knob. BBS Rims as well. Car comes with manual and tools. Car starts up and runs. Will need a tune-up as its idling a bit high. Can send a video upon request. Needs a good tuneup as its been sitting. Has a spare key too as the original one is starting to break, works fine but the spare will need to be used in the future. Buyers are welcome to come inspect the vehicle prior to purchase.
Positives:
- No rips or tares in the interior or jumper seat.
- Carpet is in good shape
- AC/Antenna/Lights/Turn Signals/Switches/electrical all works
- Tires have a lot of life left
- Body is very straight
- Comes with paperwork/original manual
- Seatbelts for jumper seats are included as well
- Low Miles and clean engine bay
Cons
- Needs a tuneup
- A few interior trims could use some attention
- Rust hole on drivers side floor, will need attention.
I’m sure I’m missing a few other positives and negatives on the car as its 36 years old. Car will be sold “AS IS”. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I can help with local or international shipping. Buyer is responsible for pickup. Car does run and drive, but I would highly recommend getting it tow’d as its been sitting. Feel free to ask any questions.
