This car is a great car, however it needs work. I bought the car back in 2013 in non-running condition and got it on the road, the engine is very strong and there are no mechanical issues. There are cosmetic issues, a few dents and the back end was damaged by an F-250 while in college. The real work that needs to be done is with the electrical system. some windows do not work, nor does the heat or A/C, sunroof or the gauge cluster. Typical 80's Mercedes-Benz with electrical gremlins. I honestly wouldn't sell this car if I had the time to fix the issues and I didn't need the money for Grad. School. It is a rare and sought after trim of a diesel classic (only about 1500 190D's were sold in the US with the turbocharged 2.5L inline 5 diesel engine). Gas mileage is also excellent and this car makes for a great interstate cruiser. Engines in these cars are legendary for their reliability and efficiency.
