1987 Mercedes Benz 190d 2.5 TURBO diesel

1987 Mercedes 190dt 2.5TURBO diesel.This is the infamous onemodel year of turbodiesel in the w201, 190 chassis with the inline 5 cylinder. Gold color exterior(recently repainted) with palomino interior. Mechanically very sound with good quick starts in cold weather and fun acceleration from the turbo. Has been maintained with oil changes and transmission service. Cold AC, warm heat working and central locking system fully functional. Sunroof and Becker radio fully functional as well. Becker radio rebuilt by Becker in 2016 with addition of a 3.5m jack input for ipod or smartphone direct connect. All gauges functional in dash. Cosmetic items that could use attention - front bumper cover has a broken, cracked area on top, interior door panels curled up near window in a couple of areas and dash has several cracks in it. Heating and air conditioning fully functional however air does not blow directly to floor vents. Except for these cosmetic issues, car is in overall great shape and I would drive it on a long highway trip with no worry. Good mpgs with the diesel and fuel has been treated with Redline additive every other tank. Non smoker car, no accidents, ready to convey to a fellow diesel lover.
