The Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen is know around the world for ruggedness, performance and reliability. These vehicles are designed to give a million miles of service for military use with nearly all of the components being fully serviceable and rebuildable. In fact, this one has recently been gone over, and all of the service is up to date.

This happens to be a rare example - a 1990 250GD (G250) Wolf. Originally put in service by the Danish military, this G-Wagen has just 17,466 original miles (28,108 km). The VIN for this vehicle is WDB46140117079551. It has a clear Florida title.

About 12,500 of the G250s were built. They are more powerful than the more common G240s by 22hp. This one is in very, very good condition, and the 2.5 liter diesel I5 runs great.

These 4x4s have fully locking differentials, and with a low center of gravity and solid axles they're a well designed and tested military vehicle. Now, all of those qualities make it a great off-road vehicle that's not just tough, its also unique and a lot of fun to own - a fantastic weekend toy that's reliable enough to be driven daily if you're so inclined.

The exterior is in great shape. There are a couple of minor dings here and there, but nothing noteworthy. The paint looks good, its a typical military drab green camouflage. No significant rust. This is a well-preserved truck that shows no signs of abuse. Its in much better condition that we typically see these Military G-Wagens.

The interior is also in very good condition - the seats are all nice, and the vehicle is clean

This is definitely NOT one of the luxury SUV's you'll find at the Mercedes dealer. (For instance, there is no air conditioning in this truck). The stereo, however, can give the best of them a run for the money. It has a Pioneer head unit with JL audio speakers (door speakers, plus wakeboard tower speakers attached to the roof frame and a subwoofer in back).

The 2.5 liter diesel runs great. Just turn the key and go...and go...and go...

This Mercedes-Benz 250GD needs nothing but a new driver.

We are a licensed and bonded auto dealer in Florida.

Please read my description and all other information completely and view all the pictures carefully before you bid on this auction to ensure you are knowledgeable about the vehicle you are bidding on. The vehicle description above is for informational and narrative purposes only. We have made a diligent effort to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of the description. All of our vehicles are available for inspection and test drive, and we encourage you to do so. When buying a used car, one should expect a certain amount of wear, use and flaws that one would not expect from buying a new car. A vehicle that is 8 years old will show more wear than one that is 3 years old. etc, etc...ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS .

If you are having an inspection performed, it must be done prior to the end of the auction. We will be happy to make the vehicle available for inspection before the auction is over, but post-auction inspections are not allowed.

Vehicles with remaining warranty must be handled between purchaser and new car dealer. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers, and in rare cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title, which could be delayed up to 15 days. Please note that if the vehicle is from outside of Florida, this can take up to 30 days.

We are a dealer, and all vehicles are for sale to the public. We therefore reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed back.

Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Broward County. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions

Payment and Fees

We will add a $795 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee.

If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements so please take care of them before bidding.
You may pay the purchase price in cash, with a cashiers or certified check or wire transfer. If you are the winner, a $2000 deposit within 24 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. Final payment is expected within 72 hours (3 days) of auction's end. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid

If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees.

If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home).
