Car description |

This is definitely one of the nicer Lincoln Mark VII's you will come across… All photos taken within the past 30 days (Please scroll down for additional photos).
Exterior is in very good to excellent condition. No signs of rust anywhere. Paint is very nice, shines well, no clear coat issues. Pin stripping is wearing thin in a few places. All body lines are excellent. Gaps in the hood/doors/trunk/bumpers are all even. There are a couple small chips in the passenger door (touched up by prior owner) and one on the roof as well as a small crease in the left rear quarter and a small mark on the left front corner bumper extension.
Interior is very clean. No holes or significant wear. Leather is in very good shape.
All lights (outside, interior, dash) and electrical items work properly. Since I owned the car I've replaced both door lock actuators, both power window motors, the power antenna and the voltage regulator. The battery is showing it's age... No problems starting or holding a charge but if the doors are open for longer than 15 minutes it runs down and needs a jump.
A/C ice cold… Hoses/Accumulator (one piece unit) replaced, evacuated and recharged with R12 late last summer.
Oil and filter changed with mobile-1 (motorcraft filter) every 6 months (just done last week), coolant drained and refilled with 50/50 Prestone premix last fall.
Engine and transmission operate without any issues. A pleasure to drive! This does have the original radiator which does struggle somewhat in the 105+ degree heat here if stuck in traffic. Doesn't overheat but will climb towards the top of the normal range.
Air suspension works perfectly, never any issues since I've owned it (3 years). Had the front end aligned last fall, there weren't any issues noted and only a minor toe adjustment was needed. The car drives straight and cruises smooth on the highway at 75 + mph.
Brakes have been trouble free and quiet. No issues with antilock or parking brake, no pulsing in the pedal, no pulling whatsoever when brakes are applied.
Tires (Yokohama) replaced in July, 2016 (driven 6,000 miles since). Wheels are in perfect condition, no curb rash or scrapes, wheel balance weights are all tape on and not visible. These wheels are actually from a Ford/Mercury full size (note the mercury center caps...) these are the same size and width as the Mark VII wheels and have a slight (~1") additional offset which gives the car a very nice stance and appearance.
Windows were tinted (20%) shortly after I got the car. Tint is in excellent condition and keeps the interior cool and helps prevent sun damage.
Aftermarket Pioneer CD radio receiver w/remote was installed by the prior owner. The original deck was not with the car. Has a built in radar detector (also came with the car) that appears to work (powers on and picks up something) but can’t vouch for it… Install was done well.
Includes shop manual, fog light covers and a car cover.
Note: Only Cash in Person (verified at bank) or direct bank wire transfer is accepted. A $300 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours.
