This is an ALL original 1974 lincoln mark iv continental with the first of lincolns designer editions, the cartier edition. This car was stored indoors its enitire life has its original sky blue paint which was professionally enhanced at arete auto salon to give it a better than factory gloss without removing or repainting it. this car has been daily driven for the last month and is wonderful to drive. every power option works. it has functioning am fm radio, power seats, power antenna, locks, windows, electric trunk opener, electric unlock on the passenger front seat when the door opens so it will automatically be ready to fold forward and let people in the back out. the interior is in mint condition minus 1 small hole in the headliner and a crack on the bottom plastic of the under side of the driver armrest. it has new brakes, master cylinder, alternator, starter, 1100cca get core battery, window motors, bulbs all around. This car is the first of the designer editions so it has a special clock (which works when wound up), diamond logos in the port windows, chrome flip up headlights, chrome trim, and more. this is one of those true barn find cars. it has 80k miles and soon to be 90k with the way im driving it everyday. it has the nice matching hubs on 4 white wall tires and a full size spare in the trunk with a tower jack and lock to prevent tire theft. this car has not only every factory option (minus the sunroof) but every dealer option including 3rd rear tailight, change storage with a lock under the glove box for all those tolls when you go cruising in this boat, and even a option pinstriping along both sides with the original owners initials tastefully on the drivers door in the pinstripe. this is a 1 owner car and it shows. ive driven it back and forth to rochester ny 300miles now and continue to do so and this car is perfect for the trip. the radio goes on and loud, the windows down, cruise control ON (// yes factory cruise control works as well as theacceleratorand cruise functions with it) and then you just relax in the couch of a front leather bench seat with dual folding armrests. please contact me with any questions. i know this car would go for a lot more at auction due to it being a designer edition and itsoriginalitybut i just want it to go to someone who will actually use it and drive it so im posting it with a buy it now 10k less than the last one of these editions went at auction. also when it comes to shipping, i enjoy road trips so i can probably deliver the car or meet halfway or the buyer is responsible for pickup/getting a company to tow it to you. contact me before sale to discuss that please
