You are bidding on a friend's recently completed refurbished 1973 Series 111 88" Land Rover Station Wagon. It has had extensive work done by a local Land Rover dealer, with charges in excess of $12,000 (all receipts available). This is a short list of some of what was done:
Installation of new gas tank and sending unitAll new black front and rear seatsAll new tires4 new wheel cylindersCarburetor and air cleaner replacedBattery, alternator, coil, air filter, fuel filter, belts replacedThe list goes on and on
Car originally spent most of it's life in Arizona. As you can see the original 4 cylinder engine was replaced with the correct 215 cu inch Land Rover V8 at some time in it's previous life, making for a great upgrade.Car now runs and drives great with no known issues and is really a fun vehicle to drive both on and off the road. Sold with a clear Massachusetts title. Owner has decided to let go to help fund the purchase of a new boat. If you have any questions you can contact Scott, the owner, at 401-230-8500. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
