Ultra clean CJ7 - Garaged for the last 20 years!

I thought I'd keep this for the rest of my life but just bought another classic and have a single garage bay available.Excellent shape recently redid all exterior paint - original red color. Also made the dashboard very minimal, taking all speaker holes, cassette cutouts, and even labels off controls. Have all records back to 2003 - I've put about 5K miles on this in the 20 years I've had it. Always garaged. Needing attention- Front driver seat is showing wear (see photo), all others are in great shape- One backseat seatbelt needs replacing- Windshield has a small, dime-sized issue in the glass (see photo)This Jeep always turns heads - as classic as they come, as clean and minimal as is possible.
