1943 GPW*FORD*Jeep*ORIGINAL*Runs*Drives*Clear Title*WWII Combat Model and Rims

~ 1943 FORD Jeep GPW ~This is an Original. other than seats. gas tank. all FORD mfg. The Engine runs well. power train shifts well in all settings. Glass in good shape. hand operated wiper intact. windshield folds down - or out. Engine is the flat-head 4 cylinder. 6-Volt system. Original front grill has. blackout lights. headlights that will unbolt and pivot up. (a WWII Veteran told me they did this to second as work lights/spot lights. when needed. ) In addition this Jeep has an additional head/work light on the left fender. Front bumper brackets are not rusted. FORD Jeep has very little ~C~ rust. Original oak boards still under pan. Driveline does have the side cable wench assembly (used to pull Jeep sideways back up onto road if necessary) cable not included in sale; do not have one. This GPW does have the desired Combat hubs. nbsp;wheels. Also the original plates are on the glove box lid. In some spots the original green Military paint shows through. Has original rear seat mounts. Sale includes some extra parts. (Pictured) Disclaimers: This FORD Jeep needs a brake job. only right rear brake seems to presently work well. system does not leak. Yet vehicle needs Brake job. Sometimes You need to bump. press and repress the starter button before starter engages and starts engine. No gas tank. fuel is supplied by a motorboat gas tank for now. you will need to aquire a gas tank. Front right main headlight lens is cracked. Quite a few holes were drilled into floor for various gun. seat. mounts etc. Looks bad in pictures yet it is really quite solid. Horn is not original. < A true California survivor car.
