This is a very clean. classic and rare Jaguar convertible by Coach Builders. Hess and Eisenhardt. These Hess and Eisenhardt Conversions are getting harder and harder to find. especially with lower mileage and in such great condition. The man I bought this car from last March had just done lots of work. He had it freshly painted white and it was a very nice job and a new convertible top. He had the interior wood refinished and some work on seats. console and door panels. He also added a very good sound system with a CD player and an antenna that is hidden. fastened to the windshield behind the rear view mirror and eliminated the retractable one at the back. The chromed wire wheels look good on the car and the tires show plenty of tread but I would replace them for extended driving. Mechanically this Jaguar runs out beautifully. A/C blows cold. all four power windows work as the should as does the power top. This Jaguar starts right up and drives straight down the road effortlessly and super smooth. Front end is tight and so are the brakes. The only thing that doesn't seem to read accurately is the fuel gauge. But that's not a big deal. I just kept track of gas and mileage. The others gauges are all are spot on. Clean car and really great runner with low miles and becoming increasingly more collectible. Turns a lot of heads and is really a beautiful convertible Jaguar. I have set the reserve low as I just do not have storage space for it. Located in South Florida just outside of Miami. Thanks for looking.
