- 1969 Jaguar etype series 2 ready for restoration- there is no rusty body panels- inner and outer rockers have been replaced and it looks like passenger floor and both rear bottoms under the quarter panels- new gas tank-new exhaust-car has been sitting inside for about 25 years-car will start with some effort- runs good but i do hear some rattling- i know the distributoris loose. Car is missing most body chrome- top frame and passenger seat- interior-will need 4 wheels and 4 tires. i have found most of the missing parts used online- I was going to just buy all the parts and put it back together- I have access to a body and paint shop- bonnetis already at shop being prepared for paint- body will be next- good candidate for a daily driver- if you can do the work yourself that is best- i was planning on replacing the wiring harness - i have several used carbs- was going to go through what i have and rebuild. This is a project...and needs work-I do not know about history of the car- ask any questions and I will try to answer- and I will take more pics if you want- buy and fix or just hang on to for an investment
