Car description

You're looking at a 1994 Jaguar XJ12 sedan. It's black with a tan interior, as covered just shy of 122k miles, nd has a clean Carfax. I haven't owned it long, s I purchased it to tide me over while looking for that elusive "perfect" XJR. I've now found one, o the XJ12 needs to go as I have no wish to see it sitting around over the winter... these cars need to be driven! This particular one runs, rives, nd stops just fine - it's been my occasional commuter car this summer, nd - aside from attending to a couple of electrical issues - it's been fine. The transmission shifts fine and is quiet, he engine starts fine and settles into a quiet idle, nd there's no bad noises when steering or braking. Temp gauge sits just below 1/2.Electrically, t's good - lights all work, unroof works, eater and A/C work, ower seats work, he (aftermarket) stereo works. All the gauges work, nd the only fault light that comes on occasionally is for screen wash level.Cosmetically, t's fine - but as it's a 21 year old car, t does have some issues. The paintwork - while glossy from 20ft - isn't perfect, nd there are some scratches here and there. I've tried to highlight them in pictures as best as I can. Inside, he front seats are a 7/10 and the headliner has been replaced in the past - it doesn't sag in the usual places, ut it's not a perfect install. The rear seats and all trim is good. The rear tray tables have cracked veneer, ut the woodwork is otherwise good. Again, ee pics for better detail. Here's what I've had done in the last few months to keep it happy:-Replaced radiator thermal switch and fan relay-Replaced fan viscous coupling (original was seized on, eaning the car over-cooled itself)-New tires all round-New brake master-Replaced coolant tank level sensor (the "float" had seized in the tank)-Replaced both front door seals (old ones had split)...and here's where I think it needs attention:-Idle speed is kinda high (1200rpm at startup, 50-900 when warm)-Needs roll bar bushings on front passenger side (slight clunk on bumpy roads)-Car comes with one key and no remoteThe car has a clean OR title. It is located just NW of Portland OR and will need to be picked up from here. I'm happy to assist with shipping if I can, nd can store the vehicle for a short time while arrangements are made. Please ask any and all questions before bidding, 'm happy to answer whatever I can - and if you'd like to see photos of something specific, lso please let me know. Car is sold as-is, here-is and with no warranty. Thanks for looking!
