Here we have a 1972 IH Scout II that is a good candidate for a restoration or restomod. The Scout has a 12/71 build date,so it looks to be a very early Scout II. Equipped with the 304 v8 and 727 automatic transmission, factory air conditioning. The Scout is a project vehicle I realize I will not get to,so its up for sale. Has a clear title in my name, keys, the engine turns over but I havent worked on it,so as currently vehicle does not run, shift cable seems to be stuck in position. The frame and undercarraige is solid but has scaly rust on it. Body is better than most, but has areas of rust. Doors open and close very solid. Rockers mostly solid, some rust in rear floor aears, dogleg of quarters, lower front fenders, etc. The interior is not too bad, some water stains on low back seats, etc. Car sells as-is, can be loaded on trailer etc, but not suitable to drive on road until its been gone through. Car to be paid, and picked up within 14 days of auction end, unless prior arrangements have been made, contact seller.
