Car description |

I am the second owner of a perfect example 2nd year Scout 80 4x4 I purchased in Arizona 23 years ago.
I have done many IHC restorations of different IHC trucks before this was going to be my last and final and best one .
Life happens and its taken me awhile to get to this point.
It has been stored in my building until I started the full frame restoration 2 years ag, In fact never drove at all just on & off the trailer, it's 95% done and need the final push.
I am leaving the area and down sizing so it's time for somebody else to get this sweet ride back on the road.
Entire body removed and taken apart and dipped in chemical bath for 24 hrs to clean and prevent any rust.
Rebuilt the engine and Transmission By Ihonly of Lancaster CA. Thanks Mike !Frame sandblasted and powered coatedNew Tires and SpareNew Brakes & linesNew Wire HarnessOEM mint hub capsPerfect original Grill polishedEntire Body dipped and rust proofedBench seat sand blasted and powered coatedPainted w period correct single stage paint Whitecap White used by IHC 1957- 63Extra paint to finish the job as the hood still need to be painted and for any touch up.2 tops and full and half cab primed but unpaintedFactory heavy duty back bumper in perfect shape
All the Scout parts are here and more to finish the this restoration w many almost impossible to find OEM part I found at trade shows and ebay over the last 20 odd years.
Way over 25k invested on my hard work will be your gai, are you ready .
I can store for the luck person no charge until pick can be arrang, I can box up and attach parts as well for small fee as well.
