1973 International Scout ii
Scout came from Texas and doesn't have much rust at all. The only place that needs rust repair is a cab mount as pictured. It is currently a daily driver going about 25 miles to and from work. I was restoring as I was driving it but I just don't have a good place to continue the restoration. It has the AMC 4.2 (258) in-line 6 engine, a 727 Tourqeflight automatic transmission, TC-143 single speed transfer case, Dana 30 front with disc brakes, Dana 44 rear, power steering, and power brakes. Here is a list of what has been done to it in the past year.
Rebuilt trans
Rear drum brake rebuild with all new hardware
Gas tank dropped, flushed, and reinstalled with new sending unit and filler hose
Recovered original bench seat
New weatherstripping around doors
New master cylinder & power brake booster
New Carter 2brl carb
New accelerator cable
New heater motor
New style wiper upgrade
Pertronix digital ignition installed
Extra parts included but not installed
Factory roll bar
Tail light housings
Factory gas tank skid plate
TC-1434 Transfer case
TC-143 Transfer case adapter
Speedo Cable
Extra Door Panel Nutserts
Seat Belts
Scuff Guards
Bikini Top
