1973 International Harvester Scout II, 4x4, SUV, L@@K Wow!!

I am sad to say I am selling my 1973 Scout II. I have enjoyed it very much. On the rare occasions that I drive it the whole family piles in and we go for a short drive. Always getting lots of thumbs up! Drive it as it is as a beach cruiser or put a little effort into it and it will be in show condition. or lift it and make it into a fantastic rock crawler. This car will work for any of those things. There are some cosmetic issues around the car but is still in great condition. The drivetrain is original and runs great. Starts right up and runs perfectly every time. The engine is the 6 cylinder which is the same engine as in the old CJs. That means parts are always available. Whenever I've needed anything I've been able to go to my local auto parts store and they always have it. It has a 3 speed manual transmission. It is a 4x4. •Roll bar installed a year ago •Brakes have been inspected and are great•Replaced Fuel Tank and Lines•Replaced all gaskets(valve cover and oil pan included)•Installed a great stereo with bluetooth for your phone. Spent a ton on super nice speakers. Great sound. •Tires have tons of life leftProblems:- no top- fuel guage off after new tank- the sending unit must be off center when I fill it some gas leaks from topThis is a rare opportunity to get a scout in great condition.
