You are bidding on a 1971 International Scout 800 V8.
We took this down to the bare metal. I have before pictures if you want to see them. All removable sheet metal was taken off. The interior was all removed, as was the glass, etc. We took it down to the bare metal and started over.
The body was in pretty nice shape. Most of the rust was on the bottom of the vehicle, which we cut out completely and new panels were fully welded in.
We also took the motor out, so we could paint inside the engine bay.
It has a 2 1/2 Skyjacker Lift (shown in the pictures) with new 33 inch tires and there are new shocks & Mickey Thompson wheels. All the weather stripping is new, and many other parts were replaced. Too many to list.
The color is original, except we added some pearl to it.
I know in pictures things can not always been seen, but this truly looks better in person. We spent hours and hours to make this look good. I have a lot of pictures of this truck from start to finish, if you want to see them. This was no "hurry up and get it done" project. A lot of time & money went into this truck.
