Car description |

You don't come across these very often. 1969 IH Scout 800A that is actually in really good condition. Unfortunately, he previous owner tried to repair a dent in the driver rear quarter(from backing into a tree), nd was very unsuccessful. The quarter is repairable but I do happen to have a good rear quarter and rear corner. I will gladly throw those in with the truck and for a fee I will get it into the shop and have them installed. Besides that boo boo this truck is actually very solid. There is no rust on the body but a little on the passenger floor plan and asmidgen on the rear floor by the tailgate. As far as the motor goes, am not 100% sure if it is original or not. It looks like a 292 to me and it does run and drive. I do have a date correct Scout V8 I can sell if someone is interested. With very littleeffort or money this truck can be very valuable. Do a search for an Aristocrat and you will not find many if any. The Aristocrat was the top of the line model in '69 and very few were produced. I am setting the reserve low and selling all of our project trucks that wewon't have time to get to before the snow flies. So please, eel free to call me, ext me oremail me with any questions you may have or any additional pics you might want. I will also be listingthis truck for sale locally so I reserve the right to end this auction early! If you are looking to outsource a restoration on a truck like this we would be happy to talkabout that as well. We specialize in classic 4x4 restoration and have a Large selection oforiginal OEM parts and others first generation scouts. That being said, e take a great deal of pride in our work and will not do an Maaco paint job. I am able to help and assist with shipping at the buyers expense. ***. ***THANKS FOR LOOKING AND HAPPY BIDDING!!!
