Car description

A hot rod truck always look awesome, and this 1951 Ford F-1 really does it right. With a cool stance, upgraded suspension, upgraded V8 power, and just the right vintage pieces, it's one of the coolest ways to enjoy a street-ready classic.
These first-gen F-1 trucks have a true vintage style that's always fashionable. The alligator hood, rounded cab, and rolled bed sides are all part of this timeless classic appearance. There's even real lumber on the truck bed floor. But you want this one for much more than just vintage style. That matte black paint has the right attitude and presentation for a powerful pickup that likes to have extra fun on the streets. And the upgrades are even part of a well thought out package. The bright grille coordinates with the hood trim and two-piece wheel trim. And those red steelie wheels go with the red bumpers. There's even a red background to the lettering on the door. These are decals that come off. So they just show you how fun it can be to promote your own business or a cool shop name you want to come up with.
Inside is more of the mixture of custom and classic. It starts with the bench seat that has that awesome looking textured pattern, and there's even red piping to give you that same aggressive hint as the exterior. The door panels have been custom done to match, and the headliner looks excellent. So it's quite a comfy total setup. But it also never loses that vintage charm. You see it in places like the AM radio that's there for display, and you feel it when you grab the classic Ford dual-spoke steering wheel. Of course, when you spot the full Dolphin gauge package upgrade, you know there's something special under the hood.
The callout on the big air topper signals this has a proper upgrade in power. This now running a mighty 350 cubic-inch V8 believed to be borrowed from a Camaro Z28. It has been upgraded further with a mild cam, Summit Racing heads, Edelbrock intake, and topped with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor. Hooker shorty headers feed into a Flowmaster dual exhaust for added power and rumble. This is a strong-running motor, and there's even a large aluminum radiator w/electric fan to help keep this full package running cool. The three-speed automatic transmission was also believed to be borrowed from a Camaro, and it was rebuilt with a shift kit for optimal performance. This feeds a stout Ford 9-inch rear. The suspension has been upgraded with Chassis Engineering components, including an independent front end with tubular arms. Add in wide Cooper Cobra tires and front disc brakes, and you have a powerful package that also loves to hit the road.
This truck has been rebuilt to give you a cool mix of vintage and performance. So you dream F-1 street machine is here, but it won't wait for long. Call now!
