Just out of long term storage is this Midnight Blue Metallic 1973 Ford Bronco Ranger with its documentation from the first issued title down to the documented identification numbers on the working air conditioner compressor and evaporator along with original owner’s signature. Pictures of documents show green paper over original owner’s name for privacy. Original owner traded in a 1969 Mercury Cougar XR7. Features 4x4, 302 V8, auto, air conditioning, extra cooling radiator, seat belts, dual tanks, 3.50 limited slip rear axle, power steering and freeze plug block heater. Deluxe Marti Report included. I was told that it had 38k original miles back when I acquired it but I cannot confirm it. All numbers on the odometer line up straight and speedometer/odometer works. It was stored for many years before my ownership and it has mostly sat in my garage due to not having the time to enjoy it. I have driven it about a quarter mile down the neighborhood streets a couple times a month to keep things up. Engine starts up in the mornings without touching the accelerator and revs nicely with no smoke. See picture that shows valve cover lifted to show condition of engine/valve train. Transmission is still strong and all 2wd/4wd ranges work. The interior is original as well as most parts on this Bronco. No wiper marks on windshield and wiper washer still works. The original dry rotted tires were replaced with Firestone Destination tires back in 2006. Some rust repairs and paint work done in the past. Still has rust and paint is getting worn. Both bottom outer edges of front seats have cuts from floor tiles stored on top of them in the past. The original interior fabric/material is still very strong and pliable as well as the rubber weather stripping. Factory wiring looks great. The original floors look good but I did notice the rear outer floor braces showing some rust out. Rockers and door bottoms are solid. Original carpet still very usable but could use some cleaning. The air-conditioner still works and I’ve never added Freon. The new owner will want to vacuum system and use new Freon for maximum cooling. Most everything works and fuel gage seems accurate. Currently running on the auxiliary tank as the fuel is not pulling from the main tank and will need to be looked at. The radiator is still full of anti-freeze and the bronco does not leak any fluids on my garage floor. When properly restored with its incredible documentation, this could be one of the most desirable Bronco’s in existence. I have the clear current title in my name and is transferrable to the next owner. No reserve, full length auction. International bidders welcome. Good luck and stay safe.
