1966 Bronco-True barn find
53k Actual. Miles
Description- Selling this car for a friend. Still have the original yellow Tennessee title and the warranty tag they call it (protect-o-plate). My buddy bought this and was going to build it for his wife, she always wanted one, BUT, then she ask if he could make it into a 2wd and then, that's where he stopped and said yes, but no. He didn't want to mess with the originality of this 4x4.So, now it is for sale. Still on the trailer where it has sat since he purchased it. This Bronco was in a barn and when the older gentlemen died, his family forgot all about this for years, due to the barn was on a different piece of property. Hasn't even been cleaned up.1966 was the first year they started making the Broncos. Been in the barn over 35 years, best we can tell from information and tag receipt.
ENGINE: Has the factory 6 cylinder with a 3 speed on the column.
BODY/EXTERIOR: -Paint is all original and the body is unreal straight and in good condition.
Has the 5 lug bolt pattern
Door jambs, rockers looks good as you can see, underneath has surface rust (of course) but nothing eat all the way through. Look at a few pictures under the hood, a few bad places but are very repairable.
Top is in good shape
Glass looks good
- INTERIOR:- It has the original configuration of seats and dash components.
- Floor pans and rockers look very good and all the door jambs
- Spare tire is still mounted to the mounts inside the back area
This being the first year they started production, it is hard to find a 1966 and especially one that is restorable.
