Car description |

This Dump Truck was bought from the original owner and driven as is for a few years. Around 1999 the second owner decided to upgrade it by putting it on a later model (1976) F700 frame. Its got a 390 gas truck engine and a 4 speed transmission, Vacuum Assisted Brakes.
The guy that built this truck is a true Craftsman with several of his vehicles winning the Cavalcade of Wheels at Notre Dame. This truck shows that type of attention.
Its got a really cool stance from the front at a 45 degree angle.
It starts pretty good and runs good after it warms up. It makes a great advertisement for an excavating business.
It runs and dumps pretty good but its really not practical for a daily work truck and it's really too nice for that anyway.
There are a few issues as expected from a 71 year old truck but it's one of the nicest old work trucks I've seen.
