1966 Ford Mustang A Code Original Condition Parked in Garage Since Mid 80's V-8

1966 Ford Mustang V-A code Automatic. This car has been in the same family since the 60's . I bought this car from a friend. His parents bought it from the original owner in the 60's. sold it to their son (my friend and now adult) in the early 1980's. Along the way when he got a job in construction he threw a lot of money at the car. The motor has been completely rebuilt and built up. The transmission is also rebuilt . built up with a shift kit and who knows what all. I do not have details about what all was done but I know that he spared no expense and had the work done by a reputable racing family shop in Southern California. I have had the oil pan off and the engine is very clean inside with a Milidon deep sump oil pan and matching oil pump and pickup tube. had a new Isky Cam and lifters were installed. new high performance pistons. built up original heads. Unfortunately I do not have the specs. of the work and parts that were installed. I can say that this is very solid mechanically and has less than 2500 miles on the build. The rear end is a posi. but I have no idea what ratio or parts are in it. My friend lost his drivers license in around 1985 (too many speeding tickets) and the car was parked in his parents garage ever since. He bought parts and worked on it through the years but it have never been back on the road since. I bought the car from him about a year ago and got it running and driving but have not had it licensed or driven it on the streets. I can tell you that this thing starts right up with no smoke rattles or noises. and has a bit of a lope to it but likes pump gas so i don't think it has over a 9. 5 or 10-1 cr but not 100% sure. This is a California built car and has been there all its life. until a couple of years ago when it was brought to Idaho where it sat until I bought it last year. Many new parts which include: New water pump. brakes. brake and master cylinders. new 20 Gallon fuel tank. new fuel pump. new starter. new tires. keystone classic wheels. new u-joints. new seat covers (headliner not installed). new carpet ( carpet has been cut around shifter bezel ). Original shifter is installed but came with B&M shifter assembly installed which I will include. There is most likely other new parts that I forgot to mention. Box full of parts in trunk included. The car has never had and major accidents or damage but does have some flaws dings and items that need fixing up. : window regulator needs replaced but replacement is included. my friend removed the original radio. and cut the dash to install a cassette player. original steering wheel has been replaced with aftermarket. original hood was replaced with one that had hood pins (looked cool I guess). The car has had a few dings through the years. and as was popular with the kids in the 80's my friend spray bombed the car with flat black primer over the top of the original paint. I buffed the car in a few placed to show the original Midnight blue and white roof paint underneath. There is no rust issues to deal with as most other Mustangs of this era had. Pretty much all the hard mechanical work has been done. (I would not touch anything mechanically on this car). No surprises with this one.
