1954 Ford F-350 3-71 Detroit Diesel Swap 4x4 F100 F-100

1954 Ford F-350 3-71 Detroit Diesel 4x4, the cab is on a 1986 F250 Frame with a 3-71 Detroit Diesel engine and C6 ford automatic and transfer case installed on it, 37 inch tires with great tread on 8x6.5 weld wheels, the exhaust stack setup is custom and well built, there is a flamethrower kit for the stacks but the igniters are currently dirty and don't work, the truck has an aluminum radiator and electric fans, custom bed and front and rear diamond plate bumpers, all of the welds on the truck look excellent and it is an all around solid swap, the 4wd works good, and the paint and body are in good shape except for a few minor bubbles and flaws as seen in the pictures, it needs the door glass replaced as well because they are cracked, the truck drives and stops but needs a vacuum pump, the brakes are stiff and the c6 automatic doesn't shift out of first due to it being vacuum controlled, reverse does work well, There are so many directions you could go with this truck, the Detroit could be sold and a 12 valve Cummins put in the truck using readily available bolt in mount kits for the frame, the vacuum pump could be repaired and then the truck would be highway driveable, a gas motor could be installed because the original crossmember is still intact, a manual transmission could be swapped in with the proper sae bellhousing or the cab and fenders could be put on a 2wd frame again, as you can see there's plenty of options with this truck, it's a super rare truck to begin with and it's ready for someone else's vision for it.
