1961 Ford Thunderbird(slightly modified)

I bought this car and had intended on doing some of the finishing touches such as dual turbo! My wife passed away and finances dictate my having to sell this beautiful car(no low ballers looking to profit off my misfortune)! I bought the car pretty much the way it is, the gentleman I bought it from took out the siezed 390 and put a mid seventies Thunderbird 400m (more low end), currently I have a 2 BBL carb set up for cruising! The other modification is the handle holes on the door fins were fabricated over before the paint to give the fin a consistant flow and it gives the car attitude! The car needs some TLC like bushings and front suspension routine stuff, I had inteded on rebuilding or replacing the front brake cylinders( OEM kit included), the exhaust system is solid and the interior is all original except for the carpet on the front of the dash(I include all brand new OEM Ford aluminum trim for the Dash, doors, driver and passenger rear and the console) the headliner is tight with two small expertly patched spots! The tailights are not 61 ( I include 61 chrome cylinders and lenses) the threshold aluminum is older and oxidized( I include a set of new OEM Ford threshold's to replace them) the carpet needs a good cleaning yet in good condition, the chrome bumpers are not perfect due to age yet they still show nice as seen in the pics! The fin trim is in decent condition(I include two front eyebrow chrome piece. OEM like new, I also have an extra set of.OEM bumper Q's and original shop manual) Like I said earlier I hate to have to sell this car and all I ask is for a good home! This car is a looker and gets compliments wherever it goes! I am taking my son on a surprise trip for his birthday so I am auctioning this for quick sale!!!!
