1964 Ford Falcon Deluxe 4 door Wagon for sale.True California Black Plate car. Great mechanical condition daily driver with a very straight body. This was a well-optioned car with the 260 V8, automatic trans, power steering, deluxe trim package, power rear lift gate window, day/night mirror, etc. Interior is in great shape. The entire powertrain was professionally rebuilt in 2011. The engine was completely rebuilt as well as the rear axle. The rear end was changed to 3.0:1. This car came from the factory with a Ford-O-Matic 2 speed but was professionally converted to the much superior C4 transmission for better performance, reliability, and fuel economy, It also has a custom dual exhaust with a nice rumble that is not overly loud. The brake master cylinder was converted to a dual setup for greater reliability and safety. The brakes were serviced and adjusted recently and work very well for a 4 wheel manual drum brake car. The rear suspension has adjustable air bags. The entire cooling system was recently flushed and a new radiator and fan shroud were installed for better cooling performance. All doors, windows, locks, etc are working, including the power tailgate window. The gauges work and read accurately. All lights are working. A harmon-Carmon sound system and stereo have been added with great sound. The interior has all been restored to its original stock and is in great condition. The body is very straight overall and all chrome and emblems are in good shape. There is some minor body damage on the driver's side door and front fender, and some rust in the usual places near the bottom corners of a couple of the doors and, fairly bad rust around the roof gutters. Only 2 previous owners. The car Overall is a very solid car that you can drive anywhere with confidence. Excellent for a daily driver, or a great weekend cruiser. Original owners manual included.
