Shay Motors was authored by Ford to produce these replicas in the early 1980s. You get a "modern" drive train (1984 Mustang) with very low miles and all the fun of the original! See http://www.shayhistory.com/HistoryShay.html for history.
On Dec-22-18 at 21:11:09 PST, seller added the following information:I didn't do a very good job of describing the vehicle so here's a bit more information:- It runs great, it's still an old vehicle though from 1984 and shows some age.- There are a few of the dashboard seams that have warped over the years and don't fit as well as they should, see pic.- It has a ding on the door (shown in the pic).- The A/C works, the clock ticks but doesn't keep time.- The tires are good, it's licensed, titled and driven regularly.- The hard top is in good shape although the rubber seal is old and should be replaced.- The windows are manual and work fine although the seal isn't water tight.- The seats are in great shape.
It's a fun car to drive and it gets a huge amount of attention everywhere I go. Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks for looking
