FOR SALE 1969 Ford Mustang original MACH 1 car. This car is ready to cruise. All original panels and all original drivetrain! Beautiful candy apple red paint and a highly desired drivetrain. Original BIG BLOCK 390 motor, original 4 speed transmission, and original 9" posi rear end.
PAINT AND BODYThis car is a very straight panel car. Some small panel patches have been done over the years but professionally done. Paint is strong driver quality. Was an expensive paint job when done, guessing ten year range. Paint is very presentable and very shiny, does not need a repaint! Car is an original Raven Black car. All exterior chrome is in excellent condition. Louvres show some fading but only noticeable up close. rear spoiler, chin spoiler, and decals in great shape. Original door tag and window VIN present.
UNDERCARRIAGE AND DRIVETRAINFrame rails, floors, trunk, torque boxes all in great shape, no areas of rust that I see. Power steering works as it should and was completely rebuilt. Has been several years ago but car has very few miles on it since that time. The entire power steering rack and hoses have been replaced. Front suspension some components replaced. Car has 1" lowering springs in the front giving it a stealthier look. Previous owner confirms this is the original 390. Engine has had a mild cam placed in it and an aftermarket intake manifold and carburetor. Car runs great and can do a nasty burnout! The clutch also was replaced several years ago but has around a thousand miles on it. The original 3.25 Traction-lok rear end is in the car. Tranny shifts great.Tidy under the hood. Underside of hood paint is nice. Has "Mustang" oval air cleaner. Chrome Monte Carlo bar and one-piece chrome shock tower support.Braided hoses for heater and radiator
INTERIORSeats, dash, door panels, headliner in like-new condition. Has Mach 1 floor mats. Aftermarket steering wheel. In-dash tach works as it should, also 2 gaugw cluster mounted under the dash. Console needs woodgrain decal kit in some areas. All gauges, lights, wipers, radio, horn, turn signals work. All glass is in good shape.
BRAKES AND WHEELSPower disc front brakes and rear drum rear. Newer power booster. Factory style Magnum 500 15" wheels in very nice condition, no pitting. BF Goodrich Radial TA's have plenty of tread. remaining.
This is just a great car with everything going for it. Car has a clean Ohio title, Marti report, and many old receipts. A great collector car in strong driver condition. Take it to car shows, cruise-in's, or just driving around. A real head turner with a great sounding exhaust system.
