1941 Ford Tudor Sedan Special Deluxe
Recently finished frame off restoration. 70 miles on the rebuild. Believed to be a 45,000 mile original car.
Exterior:
Satin Black Paint
New running board covers
New Firestone raise letter white wall tires
Satin black wheels with new chrome ford script center caps and new beauty rings
All glass is new
All new window seals all around the car
New radio antenna
New chrome door handles
All factory stainless trim is on the car in nice condition
New headlights and taillights
Interior:
Dash is painted gloss black with light chestnut metallic accents
Window trim is painted gloss black
New black carpet
Morgan-Burleigh done interior:
(Seats front and back, door panels front and back, headliner, etc.)
New door handles and window cranks
Speedometer is fully functional
All new shift linkages and components for 3 speed on the column.
Wiring throughout is all new converted to 12 volt system
Drivetrain:
Rebuilt 59AB (V8) Flathead
with aluminum intake, crab style distributer, new plug wires, new coil, alternator conversion, new fuel pump
Straight pipe exhaust with pencil tips
Transmission guts and gears were in excellent shape when we got the car (new fluids)
New clutch
Rear end gears were excellent (new oil)
Drive shaft incasing and rear end where blasted and coated in POR-15
Misc. new parts
New master cylinder with silicone brake fluid
New brake lines and connections
New fuel lines
New gas tank and sending unit
New drum brakes all the way around (Pads, drums, and misc other components)
Frame:
Blasted then all components were coated in POR-15
King pins are new along with other steering components
New gas shocks all the way around
Im sure that I am missing a few odds and ends that are new on this rebuild but this is a comprehensive list off of the top of my head.
