Car description |
---|
1970 Ford Boss 302 Mustang. This is a real deal, an impeccable "G" code Boss!
This investment grade Mustang has undergone an extensive "frame off" "nut and bolt" "Concourse Restorationâ€. It's original numbers matching engine, transmission and Rear end all came with this car and have been rebuilt.
The frame, body, undercarriage, drivetrain and all components have been cleaned and restored to factory origin.
All original and coded paint markings, assembly markings and number markings that came from the plant were found, documented and enhanced exactly like when it was shipped to the dealership.
This Mustang is a pristine text book example of the way they were produced.
The odometer reads 28,700 miles and believed to be original.
This Mustang starts, idles, runs, shifts, steers and brakes like it did or better than when it was sold in 1970.
The lines on this car are very straight, probably better then original.
The body and paint are of show quality.
It's "Deluxe" interior is pristine, everything is new.
All the gauges and electrical components work as they were designed.
All factory delivered labels and stickers under hood, trunk and interior are all in place.
This Mustang's Marti report shows it to be 1 of 648 made with its Paint/Trim configuration.
0=1970, F= Built at Dearborn Plant,
G= 302 4V Boss,
88028= Number vehicle scheduled at Dearborn Plant,
M= Wimbleton White paint,
BA= Black Rhino/Corinthian Vinyl Bucket seats,
V=3.91 Traction-Lok axel ratio Rear End,
6= Four-Speed Close Ratio Manual Transmission.
Original dealer invoice, paperwork and manuals
This Mustang was restored to a level of detail and dedication that will exceed anyone's expectation. This is a show winner anywhere it will taken.
This car has never seen rain and has been garaged in climate controlled atmosphere since its restoration in 2012.
I have several thick folders of restoration pictures, receipts and restoration docs that go with the car. The restoration showed no signs of rust or accident damage ever. Please, serious investors only may contact me.This car is for sale locally and on other venues. If it sells than I will end the auction without notice.
