Deciding between further improving, or selling...
I'm in Hopkinton, MA. I've restored and sold cars before, so I can help with transportation if you want the vehicle shipped. I have a driver if you want to use "my guy" with a double axle car trailer.
A little history, I bought this car from a fellow in CT, it sat since 2012 after his son graduated college and no one used it. I have paper trails going back about 15 years. Car originally had a 302 2 bbrl
No leaks, actually has 3 radiators, the main, the tranny cooler and the a/c radiator.
Motor:Excellent compression (170-180) on all 8 cylindersElectronic ignitionEdelbrock 4 Barrel carbElelbrock intakeHennedy performance headersCurrent Duel exhaust is brand new (I have side exhaust that I'll install if it doesn't sell)Performance Cam (Unknown specs)Brand New BatteryI was told the motor puts out 375 HP. It has a tremendous amount of power.performance fuel pumpperformance oil pump
Transmission:C4, stall converterTransmission cooler
Body:Excellent overall, dings here and there.Under-body has only surface rust, no rot that I foundStill has original pass-through for fuel lines / gas lines..
Misc:Borgeson steering mechanismAftermarket A/C that works excellent3.27 rear end from a 2004 Mustang GT4 Wheel disk brakes (Yes, all 4 have disk)brand new rag joint for steering systemAll gauges work (LED lighting in all dash / interior lights)New shifter bushings (nice and tight)2 new rear calipers / padsBrakes were bled in 2017 when I started working on it.new front kick panels with speakers, new rear speakersnew Vintage-looking radio, has aux in and I think an Iphone plug.
Theres a few other things that I fixed...
Only issues are it will need paint and a small hood alignment and the parking brake is very hard to push down, it might be the springs are too tight on the rear brake.
email me any questions, I'm happy to talk about the car.... I threw in a few photos of the car at a local church car wash, they are from june 2018. I also allowed for "best offer", I can give a bit on the price, but not much... I can also email over videos of the car if you like. A coat of paint and minor hood alignment and you got a $16,000 car
