This is a rare flatback, as most '36 Fords found today are humpback. This Ford has been in the family since the mid 1940's and was stored in California for years with the plan to restore it back to its original splendor, but the opportunity for restoration never came around. I am not aware of any missing parts and the engine was changed over to a 1940 Mercury flathead V8 and brakes were changed to I believe 1940 as well. Original bumpers are included and wrapped up for protection. The exterior is practically rust-free, but the floorboards are rusted out and the interior door panels are rusty. The engine definitely needs to be rebuilt but at least you can get pretty much anything for a FoMoCo flathead V8. This 1936 is currently stored in a shop in Dell Rapids, South Dakota and looking for a new home. Serial # of 18-2294438 and the title of H14769. It has not been driven since sometime in the 1960's.
