1968 Torino GT390 Big BlockC6 Automatic3.50 PosiNO Reserve Auction! The engine and transmission have been rebuilt. I would say 100 miles ago. I just changed the break in oil. The engine and transmission are original to the car. The motor was mildly built to exceed GT 390 performance. The wheels are original and have been repainted, the trim rings and center caps are nice, the tires are brand new cooper cobras. New Hooker headers were added with a new dual exhaust system out the back. The carb. is a new 750 Summit model. The rear is a 3.50 posi which I added for better performance. The interior has new carpet and a new trunk mat in the trunk.
Work needed: Need a kick down rod for the automatic, the door glass is loose and needs re-glued, the horn does not work, the heater motor is not working and the windshield washer needs hooked up. Fairly minor issues that do not keep you from driving and enjoying the car as you do repairs.
The paint presents well but is not perfect. I would guess it was painted 20 years ago. I'm representing this car as a nice driver or excellent restoration candidate. It's an old car and may have other issues i'm unaware of. I've done a bit of work to the car but never planned torestore it to perfection. Just safe anddrivable (for 1968 standards) Feel free to ask questions and I Encourage inspections. Also please watch the video. This car is a Factory Big Block car at a small block price! No Reserve auction. Good Luck!LeRoy Tanner 717-254-5075
