Car description |
---|
This truck was purchased in California and is currently in San Diego, CA. Carries CA title and is a California black plate truck. It has a 351 Windsor engine (erroneously listed as Cleveland Engine in previous listing) with a 3-speed manual transmission on the column shift. All original metal. It doesn't appear this truck was ever in an accident. I purchased this truck in May from Riverside CA and used it as my project truck while working here the past 6 months.
After purchase I had the following done on the truck: Put on new seat covers, had disc brakes installed in the front, rebuilt the clutch, and had new wheels and tires installed. This truck will cruise down the road at 65 with no problems. I would keep it if I could - It's a great truck! I get a thumbs-up every time I drive it! I purchased a new radio but have not installed it yet. I will install the new radio if desired, but it may be that the new owner would rather update the speaker system prior to installation.
When I purchased the truck I was told that I am the 3rd owner. The man I purchased the truck from traded for this truck from the original owner.
