This 1949 native, SoCal Ford Wagon (as seen in pic of original front window sticker) has been recently upgraded, cleaned up, painted and driven on a regular basis and now is looking for a new home. Having been replaced with new wood and steel insert panels ( epoxy bagged w/ Central American Mahogany veneer) and light custom work to front sheet metal. The car was sent out for new paint, and assembled, but in need of a fresh transmission, lead to replacing the already upgraded steering and brake work to a new "Fat man" Mustang II front frame "stub" with larger power assist brakes, and power steering. Needless to say, the old girl handles quite nicely, is smooth driving and with modest engine upgrades, is also very dependable. Ready to head back down south or most anywhere desired. A radio and an electric windshield wiper motor might be on the new list of things to personalize this fun, happy ride. Note that this car is also listed locally and not only advertised on ebay. A fair amount of original spares come with. ie: front bumper and various trim pieces. Feel free to ask questions and I will try to supply as much information as can. Thanks for looking!
