Up for sale is a blue 1978 ford bronco that would be a great truck for someone to build an offroad beast out of. I've already completed most of the work, just take it from where I left it. It has a 460 out of a 71 Lincoln that has been bored .030 with a little more aggressive cam. It has a Holly off road 750CFM carb, Saginaw power steering pump out of an early 90's Ford van, older 35" boggers, Spartan front locker, limited slip rear end, custom length driveshaft, 4" superlift lift, cut fenders, F350 master cylinder and booster and an electric fuel pump among other upgrades.
I believe the motor, with some tuning, could be an absolute monster. If interested, for some additional $$$I have a Dana 60 out of a 1979 F250, I have the wedges needed to retrofit it to this bronco, I have an additional Dana 44 (you can see both axles in one of the photos), shafts for the 44 and rear 9", I have 2 additional C6 transmissions (one is a 2wd trans), I have a frame for an early bronco, additional set of front fenders that are in great shape, another dash and some really cool rubber fender trim that I was going to put on after some paint. I do have the rear window and actually have additional glass and vent windows for another set of doors.
In reality, I haven't used this Bronco in 10 years and I just moved to Kentucky and bought a house that has too many projects to do, so focusing on this truck, which I've had since 1996, is just not in the cards for me. This would be a great offroad truck with a little TLC.
