Car description |

I am selling this vehicle for a friend. This vehicle was purchased as a 1928 Model A Ford running gear only. The owner intended to create a Swamp Buggy / Hill Billy Wagon. He purchased a running engine and began the project until a recenthealth issue caused him to cease his work. As the pictures demonstrate, the process is well under way. This vehicle could also be converted to a standard Model A with the purchase of a body of your choice.
There is no title, the assembly was purchased in Georgia (which I am told is not a "Title State).
I am told that the motor runs very well. The motor was originally from a saw mill. The owner stated that he could not run it for any length of time since there was no radiator hooked up. He also said that the transmission looked like it was recently rebuilt.
The project is on 16" wheels and the cowl gas tank is not functional.
Please look at the pictures and ask any questions before bidding. I have seen this project several times and have heard the motor turn over. The asking price would be very reasonable for the motor alone.
The buyer is responsible for pick-up and delivery.
