1992 Ford Crown Victoria LX Sedan 4-Door 4.6L As-is

This is a 2 owner 1992 Ford Crown Victoria with the odometerstuck at 32,943 but there is almost definitely under 40,000 miles on the engine. We inherited the car from my wife's great aunt who was 95 when she passed and only used it to go to the grocery store up to 2010. It sat for about 3 years with her son starting it up every now and then until she passed in 2013. The car itself is in pretty good condition, ut the transmission is starting to go on it and I personally don't want to put the money into fixing it. However, 'd hate tosee it get turned into a cube. Someone who knows how to fix transmissions could fix it and get many more years of life out of it or use it for parts.
