Description
'70 Ford Mustang Sports Roof -One of a KindEverything has been replaced with modern performance parts. The body has 43,000 miles. The engine and transmission have 2,700 miles. Brakes, lutch, uspension, tc... have about 800 miles on them. The car is originally out of West Virginia. It was being built to be a drag car when I bought it and converted it to more of a performance/autocross car. It has 412hp at the rear wheels and 475ft# of torque.Drive Train:Fresh build 351W stroked to a 408.Performance cam; MSD Ignition; Aluminum Drive Shaft.NEW: Street Demon Carb, hrome headers and exhaust (loud and aggressive); TKO 5 speed transmission; Centerforce dual friction clutch and flywheel; 3.50's in the 9" spooled rearSuspension/Steering/BrakesPower disc brakes all around with the proportioning valve mounted inside the cabinRideTech Stage 3 coilovers front and rear with a full 4 link in the rearEPAS Performance electric power steeringAll brake lines and fuel lines replacedAll steering components replaced17" American Racing Wheels with Nitto TiresInterior:Mustangs To Fear one piece ABS headlinerCorbeau racing seats and 5 point harnesses8 point roll cageNew dash, intage USA instrument cluster; carpet; stereo& detachable steering wheelThis is the cleanest and straightest vintage Mustang I have owned. No rust, o dents, ll original sheet metal, lean floor pans. The car was originally yellow. It was sprayed flat black over the yellow when they were building the car. I have it plastidipped Anthrocide Gray with copper rims so I could spend the money on making the car perform. If you don't know what plastidip is you can go out to www.dipyourcar.com for a better understanding. This car is a paint job away from being something special. While the car is built to take to the track, cruise it through town every weekend. The RideTech suspension is fully adjustable so you can change the ride height as well as ride comfort depending on what you are doing with the car. What is listed above covers the large ticket items. There are dozens of other things that have been replaced and repaired. I have nearly $45k into building the car and have most of the receipts to prove it. All the mechanical work has been done professionally. The car cold fires on the second crank regardless of temperature and idles at 1200 rpm 3 seconds after you start it and after 30 minutes of driving. This is a vintage car you can drive anywhere with confidence (assuming you want to pay for the gas).If you don't want to be noticed, his isn't the car for you. If you want to be challenged at every stoplight, alk to people about the car every time you stop for gas and enjoy driving a muscle car with the power to back up the sound, hen this is the car you want.I will shoot a video of the cold start and a walk around of the car for anyone who requests it. I have a trailer and would be willing to transport up to 250 miles.Read more:http://denver.ebayclassifieds.com/classic-cars/greeley/1970-ford-mustang-for-sale-co-35-000/?ad=40480315#ixzz3jltLkUQWOn Aug-27-15 at 13:24:07 PDT, eller added the following information:Here is a video of a cold start and walk around.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7EpYz0bHRC4
