Description
This car runs great. It had all new brakes installed in 2014 and a rebuilt carburetor. It sat covered inside a garage for about 35 years and I used to walk by it all the time when I visited my best friend. He bought it from the original owner decades ago and stored it.It had mouse nests that I had to deal with but I found the only other restoration really needed was corrosion from back when it was driven in the early 80's.
I replaced the vinyl mats with carpet (see latest images) and that made a huge difference.
I also performed many major restorations as the images will show. All repainted surfaces were sand blasted first, but E-bay limits the number of pictures I can share so I left those out. I will swap out some of the images this weekend to help those following to see more of what I did, such as the new carpet I added.
